Cheyenne- The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) will be writing to the U.S. Department of Education to request a waiver to extend the FY10 funding received by Wyoming under Title I, Part A 1003(g) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA). Wyoming is requesting this funding be extended from its original expiration date of September 30, 2012 to an expiration date of September 30, 2014.
