The Wyoming Department of Education has promulgated rules and regulations for district education courses offered by Wyoming school districts or from which academic credit will be transferred to or accepted by a Wyoming school district. The department requests adoption of these amended Chapter 41 Distance Education rules to establish requirements for the use of out-of-state distance education programs, refine certain processes for enrolling students, and streamline other required processes and documentation:
